The Everest base camp trek preparation should be started at least before three months of trek. The basic preparation tips are as follows:
Walking: Walking is the easiest and most powerful preparation technique of EBC trek. We should walk around two – three hours a day before three months of trekking. It is most important to walk 8-9 km every day to prepare your body to cover long distance during the trek.
Running: Running is optional to walking. If we are more energetic and capable of running then it is best to cover 10 km a day via running. It is essential to cover 9-10 km a day for best preparation.
Cycling: Cycling is also best option to make our muscles stronger. It is good to do cycling for 3,4 hours in your weekend. If you are free then regular cycling will be more supportive.
